Registration & Email Verification — Step by Step
Registration asks for one thing only: an email address — no phone number, no GPS permission, no social-media login. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
Step 1 — Enter your email & pick a display name
Go to the registration page and enter a valid email address — it becomes your login name. Then choose the display name other members will see. No real name is required, and your email is never shown on your profile.
Step 2 — Add a real photo, a short bio & your preferences
Upload a genuine photo of yourself, write a short honest bio, and describe what you're looking for — relationship type, age range, location preferences. This is what our review team (and your future matches) will see, so make it real.
Step 3 — Receive & enter your one-time verification code
The moment you submit, we email you a one-time verification code. Type it in once and your account is live and enters the approval queue. Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder or request a fresh one — codes expire, but you can always ask for a new one at no cost.
Step 4 — You're in the approval queue
Once verified, your profile waits for the human review — typically approved within 24 hours. You'll get an email the moment you're approved, and then you can log in and browse immediately. Nothing about you is public before approval.
