1. Who We Are

Love Yellow Pages™ (operated by DeltaCentauri Inc.) is a dating and social-introduction service. This Privacy Statement explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Love Yellow Pages you acknowledge the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: email, username, display name, birth date, gender, location, and the preferences you enter in your profile.
• Profile photos: images you upload. Photos are stored on our servers and shown only to members you choose to share with.
• Connections: friend requests, matches, and the fact that you interacted with another member.
• Messages: see Section 3 (CryptoNotes™) — most messages are end-to-end encrypted and not readable by us.
• Device & usage data: device type, app version, and basic analytics used to operate and improve the service.
• Email verification: we store a verification code only long enough to confirm your address.

3. CryptoNotes™ Encrypted Messaging

CryptoNotes™ is our end-to-end encrypted messaging feature. Messages are encrypted on your device using keys that never leave it. We cannot read the message content. To relay a message, its encrypted payload is held temporarily in server memory; it is removed when retrieved by the recipient or expires no later than 24 hours after sending. Message content is not stored in the database; limited delivery metadata (such as sender, recipient, and timestamps) may be stored.

Optional message email alerts are off by default. If enabled, an eligible CryptoNotes message can trigger a content-free alert; when you are the configured support agent, a new support chat can also trigger one. The shared limit is no more than one optional message email per account every six hours. Turn off Optional message email alerts in the Love Yellow Pages app under Settings, or in CryptoNotes under Settings → Preferences, to stop both types. This does not stop message delivery or required registration, account, security, or support-ticket emails.

4. How We Use Information

• To create and operate your account and show your profile to compatible members.
• To deliver matches, friend requests, and messages.
• To verify identity/age and moderate content for safety.
• To send service and security notifications.

5. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time, by yourself, without contacting us: on the website click your name at the top right and choose Settings → Delete Account (type your username to confirm), or in the mobile apps open Settings → Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately and removes your profile, all photos (including the image files themselves), matches, contacts, friend requests, messages, and match scores from our servers — there is no waiting period and nothing is kept for a shadow profile. This satisfies your right to erasure under applicable privacy law.

6. External Links & Remote Sites

Love Yellow Pages may provide links or buttons that let you sign in to or use remote / third-party websites and services. Those external sites are operated by independent parties and are governed entirely by their own terms of use and privacy policies. When you use an external link to log in or transact on a remote site, that interaction is between you and that site. Additional terms and fees may apply as stated on the respective website, and we are not a party to those agreements.

7. Contact Materials & User Files

Any contact information, files, images, or other materials you exchange with other members ("contact materials") do not belong to Love Yellow Pages and are not stored on or hosted by this website. Contact materials remain the property of the individuals who created them and are handled under the encryption and deletion rules of the relevant feature (e.g., CryptoNotes™). We are not responsible for the content of contact materials exchanged between members.

8. Children

Love Yellow Pages is a dating service for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and minimal analytics to operate and improve the service. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account deletion feature or contact us at the address below.
